  Typical Life Corporation wants to hear from you! Central Pennsylvania's PREMIER non-profit direct support organization is looking for caring, hard working, dedicated and enegetic individuals to assist in it's residental program FULL-TIME! 

 

Job Description:

  The Assistant Program Manager (APM) or Direct Support Professional provides "hands on" direct service to people with intellectual disabilities. They are responsible for carrying out the day to today duties necessary for the day program to operate smoothly and to implement services in a manner consistent with the agency's mission and philosophies. They are responsible for the daily care, training and supervision of individuals.

 

 Minimum Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED

Age: Eighteen years of age or older

Ability to Drive: Valid PA Driver's license

Clearances: Act 13 and 33 Clearances

Health: Certification from a licensed independent practitioner that you are free of contagious disease.

 

Your basic schedule would be as follows:  

Schedule:

 

Tuesday - Saturday (4p-12midnight)

or

Sunday - Thursday (4p-12midnight)

 

Schedule may change dependant on the need of the consumers & that of the Organization, should that happen ample notification will be given.
